About us

38 years and counting....

Established in 1986, the St. Louis AAA Blues is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and one of the premier Tier 1 AAA youth hockey organizations in the United States.

We are the only program in Missouri to offer a full complement of Tier 1 AAA hockey teams for both boys and girls at all age groups. Our 9 boys teams start at 9U to 18U and our 4 girls teams start at 12U to 19U.

All 13 of our teams practice and play out of the Centene Community Ice Center and belong to the Tier 1 Elite League. The Tier 1 Elite League is the Nation's premier amateur hockey league featuring more than 20 organizations from coast to coast.

MISSION STATMENT (why we exist)

To promote competitive amateur hockey in the greater St. Louis area by creating a consistent development experience to help our players achieve their personal goals and aspirations as hockey players and young adults.

VISION STATEMENT (where we are going)

We will provide the best environment for qualified boys/girls to realize their hockey and educational goals while building strong character and becoming a better citizen for tomorrow. We will achieve this by continuing to focus on the following 3 pillars

• A St. Louis Club for St. Louis Kids
• Focus on Long Term player development
• A Value based approach



ALUMNI

We have had the pleasure of former AAA Blues players advancing their hockey careers to the junior, college, olympic and professional ranks. A highlight is in 2016, we had 5 former AAA Blues players get drafted in the first round!!!
